Mark is the owner and Managing Director of Ducker Physio. He qualified in 1988 from University of South Australia. He also worked in the public sector to consolidate his skills at the Repatriation General Hospital at Daw Park, South Australia. He then entered the private sector working for various private physiotherapy firms for 4 years before commencing the business that we know today. He has a keen interest in sport following careers in both football and cricket. He played league football for the Norwood Football Club from 1986-1994 as well as district cricket for the Prospect Cricket Club in A and B grade level. As a result he has a keen interest in treating sporting injuries as well as spinal, orthopaedic and musculo-skeletal problems.
Mark graduated initially from the Adelaide University in 2005 with a B.Sc. Hons Physiology. He then went onto his Physiotherapy degree at University of SA where in 2009 he graduated. He has special interests in sports injuries especially ankle rehabilitation, low back pain and core stability. He previously worked at the Rostrevor Old Collegians Division 1 Amateur Football League 2006-2008, the Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL) in 2009 and joined Ducker Physio in 2009.
Kathy graduated from the University of Adelaide and has many years experience in Private Practice. Joining Ducker Physio in January 2011, Kathy enjoys treating a variety of conditions, which include musculo-skeletal conditions, geriatric problems and soft tissue injuries. Besides treating with an emphasis upon a hands on approach, like all physiotherapists here, she has the additional skills of Dry Needling.
Chris graduated from the University of SA in 2003. He initially spent three years in London working in Outpatient Departments in NHS hospitals and he commenced with Ducker Physio in March 2008. His areas of interest include treatment of musculo-skeletal problems as well as neck, back and sporting injuries. He is also known for his expertisation in Dry Needling. Personally he enjoys most sports including Australian Rules football, cricket, skiing and running.
